FREE SHIPPING POLICY

• • International Orders: Free shipping on all first-time orders above $200.
  • Domestic Orders (India): Free shipping on orders above ₹750. A shipping charge of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹750.

  • Once a user confirms a purchase, they are expected to complete the transaction.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
  • Any incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer will result in additional delivery charges.
  • Estimated delivery time begins once payment is confirmed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or events beyond our control.
  • Delivery is address-specific, not person-specific.
  • Octroi or entry taxes (where applicable) must be borne by the customer.
  • All international duties, customs, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• • Products purchased through our online store (not physical outlets) are eligible for return only in the case of transit damage.
  • Damaged products must be reported via email to support@maymith.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days.
  • Return shipping will be borne by the customer. We will repair or replace the item post-inspection.
  • Items damaged due to usage (hardware, straps, buckles) can be repaired within 2 weeks of receiving the product at our warehouse.
  • Personalised or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • No refunds are provided. You can opt for:
    • An exchange of higher or equal value (by paying the difference)
    • A credit note (valid for 2 months) for future purchases

Please note: Returns, repairs, and exchanges are limited to the country of purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, you may choose an exchange or credit note—no refunds will be issued.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled due to shipping delays caused by external factors.

COLOR VARIATIONS & MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

• • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the natural quality of leather, fabric, and coatings.
  • These variations are not considered defects.
  • Leather items may show natural marks or patina over time which add to their unique character.
  • Printed leather/fabric products may show minor inconsistencies due to printing techniques.
  • Powder-coated and metal hardware may show wear over time due to use and environment.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

• • Stock availability may vary. Not all products are available online or in-store at all times.
  • In case of out-of-stock items, you will be informed promptly.
  • Some products may require self-assembly.
