Return & Exchange Policy

    • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

      • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Refund Policy

    • If your product is eligible for replacement (due to damage or wrong item), we will process a replacement order after receiving and inspecting the returned item (if required).
